Evidence suggests Associate Attorney Caroline R. Kert terminated employment with The Law Offices of Daniel T. Goodwin, 10901 W 120th Ave #350, Broomfield, CO 80021 after HartmannConspiracy.com rebuttal to DMCA Takedown Notification proving multiple Felony Acts by Broomfield, CO attorney Daniel T. Goodwin.
Boulder, CO – Research indicates that entertainment and intellectual properties attorney, Caroline R. Kert, has terminated employment with The Law Offices of Daniel T. Goodwin, a Broomfield, CO based law firm, after issuing a DMCA Takedown Notice to Phoenix, AZ based webhost, Nearlyfreespeech.net. At issue were derivative images depicting founding partner, Daniel T. Goodwin, which Caroline R. Kert alleged, “under penalty of perjury” were not protected by the “fair use” doctrine, as the alleged offending website HartmannConspiracy.com contained content which was purportedly, “defamatory”.
Daniel T. Goodwin was hired by Longmont, CO homeowner Craig Buckley’s former employers, Dream Stone, Inc. to defend against a wage claim lawsuit filed by Buckley on termination of his 26 month term of employment as a CNC programmer. Goodwin had previously unsuccessfully defended the employers in a Unemployment Compensation case before the Industrial Claims Appeals Office. The ICAO determined that Dream Stone, Inc. was, “an abusive environment” and Buckley was forced out under, “Constructive Discharge”. In retaliation for reporting Dream Stone, Inc. for multiple serious OSHA violations, Dream Stone, Inc. CEO, Scott Murphy, according to an official Colorado Division of Labor Report, told Buckley, “Fuck You” when payment of accrued wages was demanded.
A Longmont Police report from the same period indicates that the employers had also threatened to kill Buckley’s dog if he continued to report the company to government authorities.
Buckley was forced to take his claim for wages and penalties to Court. On behalf of the employers, Daniel T. Goodwin, on fraudulent/forged “evidence”, had fraudulently sworn before the Colorado Division of Labor that Buckley was not entitled to an award of accrued wages, because he had been employed with Dream Stone, Inc. for less than a year, and per company policy, accrued wages were not required to be paid.
Law enforcement officials had, at this time, already been in possession of copies of Buckley’s sequential check stubs, which indicated a continuous, uninterrupted term of employment exceeding two years.
Government authorities, including former DOL Director Michael McArdle, Congressman (then Weld County DA) Ken Buck, and former Boulder County DA Stan Garnett, refused to order the employers, and their criminally complicit attorney, Daniel T. Goodwin, to produce Buckley’s employment records; a seemingly standard protocol for a wage claim investigation which had now degenerated into a criminal matter. Buckley sought wages and penalties through the Weld County District Court, and fines and incarceration through he Division of Labor.
Weld county government sources have since confirmed that Daniel T. Goodwin purposefully destroyed Buckley’s timecards, in concealment of wage theft.
“At no time was my claim for accrued wages and penalties ever before the Colorado Division of Labor”, Buckley stated. “The record of the Court, the filings with the DOL, and Weld County District Court Chief Judge James Hartmann’s statements during the course of an official Boulder County District Attorney’s Office investigation prove that.”
Dream Stone, Inc. secretary/treasurer Ida Murphy’s own pleadings before the Division of Labor stated that Buckley was using the administrative agency merely, “as an evidence gathering mechanism”, and reiterated through numerous pleadings to the DOL, with full knowledge of defense attorney Daniel T. Goodwin, that the matter of Buckley’s wage claim was before the Weld County District Court.
Simultaneous to Dream Stone, Inc. secretary/treasurer Ida Murphy’s pleadings before the Colorado Division of Labor stating the matter was before the Court and the DOL had no jurisdiction over the claim, Daniel T. Goodwin decided to plead before the Weld County District Court, that the matter of Buckley’s wage claim was before the Division of Labor, and therefore the Court had no jurisdiction. Dream Stone, Inc. Vice President Ron Murphy would later confess commission of the Class 4 Felony in sworn testimony before the Weld County Court.
The years of unrelenting harassment, wage garnishments, property liens, home invasions, false arrests and convictions, caused by Daniel T. Goodwin’s Class 4 Felony Attempt to Influence a Public Servant and Fraud Upon the Court, and Colorado government officials’ concealment, aiding, abetting, and compounding of crime, are well documented throughout BoulderCountyCorruption’s sister sites: hartmannconspiracy.com, and weldcountycorruption.com, and will not be covered here.
Daniel T. Goodwin, whom had previously spent tens of thousands of dollars on online reputation management to conceal an earlier iteration of this deployment, now ordered Associate Attorney Caroline R. Kert to issue a DMCA Takedown Notice for the latest version of the alleged, “defamatory” website. It didn’t work. Research indicates that, although Daniel T. Goodwin is still actively removing reviews to conceal his criminal acts, he has given up on expensive online reputation management services.
Caroline R. Kert, approximately one month after she had issued DMCA Takedown Notices, and had become aware of the evidence presented, terminated employment with The Law Offices of Daniel T. Goodwin. Caroline R. Kert was unavailable for comment regarding the content of this article, and the reason, speculative or otherwise, for her termination of employment with The Law Offices of Daniel T. Goodwin.
Caroline R. Kert is now employed with the law firm of Feldmann Nagel Margulis 3858 Walnut St , Suite 144 Denver, CO 80205, or 1111 Pearl Street, Suite 203 Boulder, CO 80302 .
